ST Valets is a mobile car valeting and detailing service covering the North West and surrounding areas. This policy explains, in plain terms, how this website handles your privacy. The short version: we don't collect anything about you through this site.
Information we collect
None through this website. There is no contact form, login or newsletter sign-up, so we do not gather names, emails or any personal details here. When you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, you're using those apps directly, and any information you share is handled under their own privacy terms, not ours.
Cookies & Instagram content
This website does not set any cookies of its own. The only third-party content is the Instagram reels on our homepage, and these do not load unless you click "Load Instagram videos."
If you choose to load them, Instagram (owned by Meta) may set cookies on your device and receive information about your visit, such as your IP address and how you interact with the content, as described in Meta's own privacy policy. This only ever happens as a result of your click. If you don't load the videos, no such cookies are set.
Your choices
Loading the Instagram reels is entirely optional. The site works fully without them, and you can always view our work directly on Instagram or TikTok instead. You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Links to other sites
Our WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, TikTok and Google review links take you to those services, which are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. We're not responsible for how those platforms handle your data.
